Everyone must complete a gala form for each gala and either handed in or emailed to: galasec@peterleeasc.org.uk & secretary@peterleeasc.org.uk (for payment purposes)
Payment must be made at the same time as form being handed in/emailed with payment date written on the form if via BACS or cash handed in along with form.
